What Counts as a Valid Referral
New Client Only
A referral is considered valid only if the referred client is new and has not previously contacted or interacted with WebWeave. You cannot claim someone who already reached out to us independently.
The referrer must be the first and primary point of introduction. If the client was already in our pipeline, the referral doesn't count.
Payout Trigger
This is where most referral programs create confusion. Ours doesn't.
Full Payment Required
Referral payouts are processed only after the client has completed full payment for the project. Not after the advance. Not after "deal confirmed." Full payment — always.
Partial payments, advances, or verbal confirmations do not trigger referral payouts. The full project cost must be received first.
How the 10% Is Calculated
Net Project Value
The 10% referral reward is calculated on the final agreed project value, excluding taxes or third-party costs (domains, hosting, APIs, subscriptions, etc.).
This prevents confusion, overpayment, and unnecessary arguments. Clean math, clean payouts.
What Happens If a Deal Falls Through
No referral reward will be provided if:
- The client cancels the project before completion
- The client requests a full or partial refund
- The client fails to complete payment
- The deal does not result in a signed project
First Come, First Paid
Single Referrer per Client
If multiple individuals refer the same client, the reward will be granted to the person who first introduced the client. First come, first paid. No drama, no splits.
Don't Even Try It
No Self-Referrals
Self-referrals or referrals made under fake identities, aliases, or secondary accounts will not be eligible for rewards. This includes referring yourself through someone else.
Any attempt to game the system through fake identities or circular referrals will result in immediate disqualification and potential blacklisting.
Genuine Introductions Only
Quality Over Quantity
Referrers are expected to make a genuine introduction — providing context about the client's needs, making a warm connection, and ensuring the lead is real. Simply sharing contact details without context may not qualify.
This filters spam referrals and useless leads. We value quality connections, not bulk name-drops.
When You'll Receive Your Payout
7–14 Business Days
Referral payouts will be processed within 7–14 business days after full client payment is received. Payment will be made via UPI, bank transfer, or any mutually agreed method.
You'll be notified when the client completes payment and when your payout is being processed. Full transparency — no guessing games.
We Handle Pricing. Period.
No Price Promises
All pricing, negotiations, and final deal terms are handled solely by WebWeave. Referrers must not quote prices, promise discounts, or negotiate on our behalf. If a referrer makes unauthorized commitments, WebWeave is not bound by them.
Never tell a potential client "I'll get you a deal for ₹15K" — you don't set our prices. Introduce the client, and we take it from there.

Right to Reject
WebWeave reserves the right to reject or cancel referral rewards in cases of misuse, spam, unethical behavior, or any activity that violates the spirit of this program. Our decision on referral eligibility is final.
This clause exists to protect both us and legitimate referrers. Play fair, and you'll always be rewarded fairly.
