WebWeave operates an industry-standard, high-performance modular application framework. Instead of building monolithic custom code templates that require massive infrastructure development fees, we configure our proprietary core application engine to match your specific local niche profile.
Niche Modifications
Your subscription includes tailoring our core layout engine specifically to your business data, color metrics, local clinic schedules, or tuition mapping files. Requests for structural features or custom logic modules falling outside our core SaaS blueprint are evaluated separately.

Subscription Billing Tiers
We completely absorb the initial layout configuration and optimization fee (valued at ₹25,000). Services are provided strictly on a recurring software subscription model.

To preserve a 0% transaction framework and protect against processing fees, WebWeave mandates direct bank-to-bank UPI or electronic IMPS transfers. Wallet or Credit Card processing hooks are explicitly rejected.
Taxation & MSME Compliance
WebWeave operates within the exemption limits under Central GST frameworks. Invoices are standard commercial statements reflecting 0% GST. For business-to-business accounting, all parameters satisfy Section 43B(h) requirements.
Onboarding Requirements
Platform delivery depends immediately on the client providing necessary operational configuration components (such as text details, localized imagery, timing charts, and access requirements).
Client Responsiveness
If parameters or localized details are delayed from your side, it directly affects your deployment window. Such delay shall not constitute a structural failure on the part of WebWeave's deployment team.
Account Hold
If a client becomes entirely unresponsive for a period exceeding 7 consecutive days during configuration setup without prior notice, the allocation may be paused or moved down the development priority queue.
Maintenance Modifications
Every active subscription tier covers ongoing core platform support, server engine scaling, database tuning, and routine text or content updating rounds.
What Is Covered
Minor adjustments to operating hours, location adjustments, updating treatment catalogs or pricing indices, and replacing display graphics within the system setup are fully supported.
Core Framework Alterations
Requests requiring continuous restructuring of basic layouts or fundamental database shifts are not included in regular maintenance and require formal re-evaluation of system capacity.
Absolute Domain & Content Liability
Unless clearly structured otherwise in writing, the Client assumes full ownership, registration responsibilities, and total civilian and criminal legal liability for the chosen domain registry account and all hosted web details.
The Client completely indemnifies, defends, and shields WebWeave against any data breaches, regulatory compliance claims, consumer protection lawsuits, or legal complaints resulting from malicious interactions or fraudulent sales occurring under the Client's domain name.
Regulatory Licensing
Clients representing licensed commercial niches (such as medical clinics, dental specialists, or academic tuition institutes) must possess valid registrations. WebWeave operates solely as an engineering service layer and does not verify or assume accountability for client certifications.
Custom Domain Email Accounts
If WebWeave configures custom business email routing profiles linked to the Client's domain name (e.g., info@yourbusiness.com), the Client assumes 100% legal liability for all communications dispatched from those accounts. Using domain-linked email addresses for bulk spamming, phishing, unsolicited cold outreach, or fraudulent activities will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your entire digital platform without prior warning.
System Ownership Boundaries
The core application codebase, database configurations, architectural structures, underlying scripts, style layouts, and deployment logic remain the 100% exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) of WebWeave.
No Source Code Handover
The Client receives a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the deployed front-end design framework strictly over the duration of an active paid subscription tier. This engagement does not grant any right to claim code packages, server deployment scripts, or underlying files for migration purposes.
Uptime & Technical Support
WebWeave monitors host operations continuously to preserve seamless technical uptime. However, maintenance dependencies or upstream network failures are outside our immediate operational loop.
Technical Errors
Should structural issues, front-end visual breaks, or loading latency occur, our technical team addresses corrections under routine support priorities. Active subscriptions provide automated backend scaling adjustments.
Suspension & Service Cancellation
Either party may end the subscription engagement by providing clear notification via email prior to the start of the next processing cycle.
Non-Payment Suspension
Monthly recurring fees allow a strict 3-day grace period. On the 4th day following a missed deadline, system links pause automatically and display a temporary status page until the balance resolves.
Termination for Material Breach
WebWeave enforces a zero-tolerance structure regarding fraud, phishing, or unlicensed practices. If unauthorized operations or payment scams are detected under your system context, we reserve the right to suspend platform hosting immediately and without liability.
